These terms govern your use of getundim.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
The product
undim sells a topical cosmetic brightening cream for use on underarms, elbows, knees and bikini line. It is a cosmetic product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration.
The cream is manufactured by BARUBT, a third-party laboratory. undim is a curated store: we select and sell the formula, we do not manufacture it. We state this openly rather than pretending otherwise.
Results are not guaranteed
Skin responds differently from person to person. Where we describe a timeline — 6 to 8 weeks — that is how long this class of active needs to work, not a promise about your specific skin. undim has no customer results to report yet and does not pretend otherwise. Your results may be faster, slower, or different. This is precisely why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Safe use
- For external use only. Do not swallow.
- Do not apply to the face, broken skin, cuts, or freshly shaved irritated skin.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Patch test on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before first full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
- Discontinue use if irritation, redness or a rash develops.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a diagnosed skin condition, consult a doctor or dermatologist before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We make every effort to display prices and product information accurately, but if an obvious error occurs (for example a pricing mistake), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honour a price that was clearly wrong.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address.
Promotional pricing, including any founding-customer price, is limited and may end without notice. The price shown at the moment you check out is the price that applies to your order.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Shipping and refunds
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to a refund is set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The undim name, logo, site design, text and images are owned by undim or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written consent. Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties, including BARUBT, remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Third-party services
Checkout is handled by Shopify and payments by PayPal, each under their own terms. The site is hosted by Vercel. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating in those services, though we will help you resolve anything that affects your order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, where undim is operated. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
